We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Kenneth Brian Associates Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and record all invoices received, ensuring timely authorization and return.
  • Prepare and post sales invoices and receipts.
  • Manage and reconcile subcontractor payments on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain the debtor's ledger and perform credit control tasks at least monthly.
  • Reconcile petty cash on a daily basis.
  • Process and post staff expenses claims.
  • Perform other administrative tasks, including filing and setting up appointments.
  • Input purchase orders onto the finance system and print/despatch as required.

About You:

  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
