Position:
Graduate Behaviour Mentor with Special Educational Needs (SEN)


Overview:
We are looking for a motivated recent graduate who is passionate about aiding students with special educational needs (SEN) and is interested in behaviour management. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive educational experience for students.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group support to students with SEN, concentrating on behaviour management and emotional support.
- Assist in crafting and executing tailored behaviour support strategies.
- Collaborate with educators and SEN coordinators to meet the unique needs of each student and encourage positive behaviour.
- Support students in their academic and social growth, promoting active participation and engagement.
- Help cultivate a safe, respectful, and nurturing educational environment.
- Monitor and document students' progress and behaviour to ensure their needs are addressed.
