Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Intermediary Telephony Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and new business generation KPIs. You will develop opportunities, support the channel in developing strategies, and take an active role in sales meetings and discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide market insights to inform strategy and drive business growth.
- Generate business levels to support achieving KPIs from preferred partners.
- Develop account plans and territory plans to maximize outputs.
- Monitor and analyze broker performance and opportunities.
- Provide performance updates and reports to the channel SLT.
Requirements
- Proven business-to-business development and sales experience within the mortgage/lending industry.
- Proven understanding of the packager model and club networks.
- Ability to develop a robust contact strategy with accounts.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Good objection handling and problem-solving skills.
