Stride Resource Management Ltd is a reputable Insurance Brokerage specializing in commercial insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Account Handler to manage Commercial policies from our Lincolnshire office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process Commercial Insurance policies efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients addressing their inquiries.
- Handle new business submissions, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and related documentation.
- Engage with clients and insurers daily to meet client needs and resolve general inquiries.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and paperwork.
Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will possess experience in a Broking or Underwriting role.
- Demonstrate the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with numerical proficiency.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and possess exceptional organizational abilities.
