Location: Lincolnshire - Hybrid working (2 days remote, 3 days in-office)

Stride Resource Management Ltd is a reputable Insurance Brokerage specializing in commercial insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Account Handler to manage Commercial policies from our Lincolnshire office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and process Commercial Insurance policies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients addressing their inquiries.
  • Handle new business submissions, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and related documentation.
  • Engage with clients and insurers daily to meet client needs and resolve general inquiries.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and paperwork.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in a Broking or Underwriting role.
  • Demonstrate the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with numerical proficiency.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and possess exceptional organizational abilities.
