Designer Recruitment is seeking a skilled Kitchen Designer to join their team in Buckinghamshire.

This is a supportive role to the Showroom Manager and Kitchen Designer, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize internal systems, including CRM reporting tools, to efficiently manage customer interactions and design projects.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to develop and implement design strategies, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Support the design process by creating technical drawings, ordering materials, and liaising with manufacturing colleagues in Germany.
  • Lead design appointments, present designs to clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to showroom marketing activities, including administration support and lead generation.
  • Engage with walk-in customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage daily inquiries, customer interactions, and project communications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in kitchen design, preferably with a high-end and/or German kitchen retailer.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and design principles.
