Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to create relevant, informative, and engaging content for our website and social media channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our UK and AUS teams to maintain and update content, ensuring a consistent and professional online company voice across all digital platforms.
- SEO Optimization: Produce high-quality content that adheres to SEO best practices to boost visibility and drive online traffic.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and manage social content using Sprout Social, and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing Strategy: Recommend and implement direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and profitability.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Principles: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Email Marketing: Experience using email marketing platforms to create and send targeted campaigns.
- Content Creation: Experience in content creation and management, including writing, editing, and publishing content.
- Social Media: Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £43,000 per annum, the opportunity to lead a team in a top property company, exposure to the latest trends in the property industry, and the chance to contribute to the company's digital presence.
