About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Professional to join our team at Just Legal Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the legal function and growing the team as needed by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the structuring and execution of transactions, including vehicle structuring
  • Supporting the investment team with coordinating bond prospectuses, company filings, and transaction processes
  • Working closely with the CEO to shape the desk and function
  • Negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts and transactions with co-investors, counterparties, and regulatory authorities

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and solutions-driven individual with a strong legal background in Credit and/or Debt and/or Structured Finance. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-confident in dealing with investors and regulatory authorities, and have a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
