About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Air IT. As an Onsite Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to clients, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software according to company standards, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Prioritize and respond to technical queries with precision, meeting our service level agreements and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and activities within our CRM system, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and collaboration.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis, demonstrating your commitment to client satisfaction and our high standards.
  • Uphold information security protocols to safeguard client data, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a Service Desk Engineer, showcasing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop environments and Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing/Switching).
  • Familiarity with Backup/DRaaS, Azure Active Directory, and other relevant technologies, enhancing your toolkit for comprehensive client support.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • A current and valid UK driving license, enabling you to provide on-site support and visit clients as needed.
