Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to drive success through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign plans that align with client goals, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other content.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, including performance reviews and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
