Join Our Team as a Tax Manager in Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our Real Estate group at RSM. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients in the real estate industry, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in tax planning, research, and compliance for real estate clients
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives
  • Manage complex tax issues and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their technical skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or related field, with a CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on real estate tax
  • Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation, with industry specialization a plus
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders
