Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader - NEAT Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our NEAT team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our estate-based services, ensuring that our communal land and areas remain clean, safe, and attractive for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of our estate-based services, including gardening maintenance and communal cleaning.
  • Day-to-day supervision of the NEAT team, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
  • Health and safety management, ensuring that the workplace is safe and compliant with our Health and Safety policy.
  • Overseeing works to service charge properties and inspections, ensuring that they are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Providing cover for the other NEAT team leader as required.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of standard IT packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and recording skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and develop the team.
  • Knowledge of an existing trade may be advantageous, but is not essential for the role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the services we provide.
