Job Overview

Engenda Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on the Dogger Bank Substation project. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of electrical work packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all team members are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Implement and maintain a safe working environment, including safe systems of work, competent personnel, and safe working practices.
  • Supervise the delivery of electrical work packages, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with trade professionals to coordinate new work areas and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical support to trade teams as needed.
