Regional Finance Manager (EMEA Tax Team)

About the Role

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our EMEA Tax Team. As a strategic partner and advisor, you will be responsible for driving global initiatives across all areas of finance, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, annual staff remuneration, billing operations, and training.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Tax Finance team to drive strategic initiatives by coordinating with different functions and key stakeholders across the business.
  2. Partner with regional business leaders and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  3. Develop and implement special projects, leveraging a broad knowledge of different functions, including Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Billing, and Operations.
  4. Lead the development, implementation, integration, and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies as needed.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and finance operations and/or consulting.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  3. Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.
  4. Ability to handle ad hoc projects as business requirements emerge and evolve.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
