The selected candidate will be responsible for product packaging, inventory management, and basic accounting functions utilizing QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the packaging of products for dispatch, ensuring precision and quality control.
  • Oversee and update inventory documentation, maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct fundamental accounting duties with QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense monitoring.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Assist the operations team with various administrative responsibilities as required.
  • Adhere to safety and quality regulations during the packaging and handling of products.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in accounting or logistics is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport packages weighing up to 15Kg.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the responsibilities undertaken.
