ESU Medical Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist our operations and finance departments. This full-time, on-site position involves supporting various tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our business. The selected candidate will be responsible for product packaging, inventory management, and basic accounting functions utilizing QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the packaging of products for dispatch, ensuring precision and quality control.
- Oversee and update inventory documentation, maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Conduct fundamental accounting duties with QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense monitoring.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Assist the operations team with various administrative responsibilities as required.
- Adhere to safety and quality regulations during the packaging and handling of products.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in accounting or logistics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and transport packages weighing up to 15Kg.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the responsibilities undertaken.
