Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers and other external professionals to ensure seamless care and education.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
- Qualified to at least Level 3 in childcare studies (NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Paediatric first aid qualifications (desirable).
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
