We are seeking compassionate and experienced Bank Support Workers to join our esteemed 'Busy Bee Bank Team' across the Lincoln area. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with various mental health conditions, including Personality Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Bipolar, Epilepsy, and other related challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals within their own homes, adhering to their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Implement person-centered plans, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive care planning.
