Role Overview:
As a Sales Engineering Manager, you will take charge of formulating and implementing sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives within the metrology and calibration domain. Your focus will be on cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and working closely with internal teams to bolster sales initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Formulating and executing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives within the metrology and calibration domain.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the metrology and calibration field.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing training to clients on metrology and calibration solutions.
- Supporting trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events focused on the metrology and calibration sector.
- Overseeing sales budgets and delivering sales forecasts for the metrology and calibration industry.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in field sales within the metrology and calibration sector is essential, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
You should be a proficient analytical thinker with a strong passion for sales and a comprehensive understanding of the metrology and calibration industry. Familiarity with sales management tools and software (CRM) is also necessary.
Compensation Package:
In recognition of your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package. The basic salary ranges from 35k to 45k. This is a remarkable opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding company in the metrology and calibration sector.
