Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across our global IT landscape. You will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of comprehensive ServiceNow frameworks encompassing applications, integrations, data management, security protocols, workflows, and business processes.
  • Spearhead the creation of custom Service Portal applications and leverage your expertise in REST and SOAP integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange with external systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities to continuously enhance our platform capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience working with ServiceNow, demonstrating a deep understanding of its architecture, functionality, and best practices.
  • Active CTA or CMA certification from ServiceNow, showcasing your expertise in the platform.
  • Possession of at least two additional ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS – ITSM, Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow), CIS – Risk and Compliance, CIS – Human Resources, CIS – CSM, CIS – Security Incident Response, or CIS – Vulnerability Response.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
