We are looking for a Live Build Manufacturing Support Specialist to join our Manufacturing Team at our Henlow facility. In this capacity, you will be tasked with executing manufacturing, testing, and inspection activities within the Live Build Facility. You will adhere to product certification protocols and comply with allocated budgets and timelines to effectively meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Be thoroughly knowledgeable about all equipment, tools, and measuring instruments related to the manufacturing process.
2. Ensure that manufacturing assembly, inspection, and, where applicable, testing timelines are adhered to.
3. Review and complete all documentation associated with the manufacturing data pack.
4. Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and product quality.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures applicable to the manufacturing process.
6. Uphold a rigorous housekeeping policy.

Qualifications:
Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 and relevant academic qualifications.
The Manufacturing Support Specialist will typically be capable of certifying the product and possess a diverse skill set, with the ability to apply their expertise across various tasks utilizing equipment and tools, gauges, and measuring instruments associated with the production, repair, and modification of company products to meet established build standards and specifications.
They should also demonstrate proven planning and organizational skills and exhibit flexibility and adaptability.
