Muller Dairy is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operators and shift technicians to standardize equipment settings and improve efficiency.
• Lead and participate in safety-related activities, including near miss reporting and corrective actions.
• Optimize energy consumption and reduce waste to meet annual targets.

• Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical engineer with a strong technical bias.
• Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and organizing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques.
