Reliability EngineerMuller Dairy is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operators and shift technicians to standardize equipment settings and improve efficiency.
- Lead and participate in safety-related activities, including near miss reporting and corrective actions.
- Optimize energy consumption and reduce waste to meet annual targets.
- Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical engineer with a strong technical bias.
- Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and organizing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques.
- Action-oriented with the ability to drive and achieve challenging goals.
- Paid overtime at 1.5x basic rate.
