About the RoleAs a Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling our customers' dream kitchens and bedrooms. You will provide exceptional retail customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers throughout their journey with us.
You will earn a competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000, plus uncapped commission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and engage with customers, presenting our wide range of products and services to meet their needs.
- Follow up on customer leads and enquiries in a timely manner to secure successful sales.
- Discuss our end-to-end customer journey, including home measure services, kitchen design processes, and installation options.
- Visit customers' homes to provide an exceptional design experience and ensure their dream kitchen and bedroom designs meet and exceed their expectations.
- Guide customers through the design process, demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Actively listen to customer requirements and capture their needs to ensure accurate designs.
- Conduct home surveys to ensure accurate measurements for the design process.
- Generate inspirational designs using our purpose-built 3D CAD software.
- Manage your diary effectively, ensuring sufficient time for each appointment.
- Explain key documents and payment options to customers, ensuring they understand their purchase.
- Maintain an order bank to ensure timely deliveries and customer communication.

- Experienced in sales and kitchen design, with a preference for CAD software experience.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts.
- Organized with effective diary management skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers via various channels.
- A creative mind with an eye for detail to create inspirational kitchen designs.
- Results-driven with experience hitting or exceeding targets.
- Hold a full UK manual driving license.
