In this position, we are looking for a dedicated hospitality expert who possesses the creativity and skill to provide exceptional service.

As a Bartender in Palm Court, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting exquisite cocktails and serving a variety of spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Preparing a range of beverages, including hot drinks (Barista skills are essential) as requested by patrons.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure an outstanding experience for all guests.
  • Assisting in the efficient preparation of beverages.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in both Front and Back of House areas.
  • Setting up the barista station for service.
  • Ensuring all workspaces are well-stocked and organized.
  • Being knowledgeable about all hot beverage items on the menu.

  • Presenting oneself immaculately and being attentive to guest needs.
  • Demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Adhering to licensing laws and health and safety regulations.

Do you possess?

  • Experience in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Multitasking skills to engage with guests while preparing drinks.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and hot beverages, particularly coffee.
  • The capability to adapt swiftly to changing situations.
  • A passion for delivering a delightful experience for clients and guests.
  • Strong communication skills and a proficient level of English.
