Housing Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Housing Litigation Solicitor to join our team in a London Council. The successful candidate will have experience in public sector housing litigation work and be able to advise client officers and conduct litigation on behalf of the council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise client officers on housing and litigation matters
  • Conduct litigation on behalf of the council, including disrepair work
  • Work with the housing and litigation team to provide support and training
  • Attend court hearings and tribunal proceedings

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in public sector housing litigation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
