Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality housing management service to local residents
  • Support people to sustain their homes and quality of life
  • Be the principle point of contact for a local area, estate, or patch of residents
  • Ensure the conditions in the area are well maintained
  • Work closely with members of the public and other stakeholders
  • Have in-depth knowledge of housing legislation and experience working with complex casework

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Housing Officer, Tenancy Manager, or Housing Partner
  • Knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Experience of dealing with complex casework and multi-agency approaches to ASB management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and accessible manner
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload
