Salary: £68,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Teacher to join our team at Inverness Royal Academy. As a Principal Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of teachers, developing and implementing curriculum plans, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of students
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and achievement
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:
