Key Responsibilities
- As a Cardiology Medical Doctor Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with cardiac conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- You will also be expected to demonstrate paediatric experience, including general paediatrics and neonatal intensive care, and to have completed audit or Quality Improvement projects.
- Additionally, you will be required to have a flexible approach and to be willing to participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Equivalent Postgraduate qualification in paediatrics
- UK Paediatric and neonatal experience
- Completed audit or Quality Improvement projects
- Evidence of interest in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
- PG qualification in medical education
- Flexible approach
Training and Development
- As required by the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, you will need to demonstrate paediatric experience and training, including level 3 NNU
- Level 2 Safeguarding Children Training
- UK Paediatric and neonatal experience
- Level 3 Safeguarding Children Training
