Important Note: This position involves more than just operating a forklift; it includes physically demanding tasks in a challenging environment.

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Truck Loader to join a thriving manufacturing organization in the Rugby region. This role is distinct as it requires you to work outdoors, utilizing a counterbalance forklift to load metallic products onto vehicles, secure loads with nets, and engage in various yard and production activities.

Responsibilities include working in all weather conditions, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, and operating bending machinery, as well as retrieving materials from the yard.

This position combines yard work with forklift operation and may include crane work with training opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • Standard pay of £11.80 per hour, with overtime available at £17.70.
  • Guaranteed 45 hours of paid work each week (approximately £531 gross weekly).
