As a Science Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' learning and development in a dynamic school environment. Our schools in Chelmsford are seeking a dedicated Science Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality science lessons, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Support individual students or small groups to enhance their understanding of science topics, promoting academic excellence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging educational activities, fostering a love for science among students.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all students.
- A degree in a Science-related subject, demonstrating a strong foundation in scientific principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers and students.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people and a commitment to their educational success, driving academic achievement.
