Job Summary

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical projects, managing finances and variation accounts, health and safety, and ensuring a snag-free delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sub-contractors and their delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the management of finances and variation accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure successful delivery and completion of projects.
  • Ensure successful handover with final accounts and completion of all O&Ms.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in electrical project management, ideally up to £6m.Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sub-contractors and clients.A proven track record in managing health and safety procedures and ensuring a safe working environment.
