Service Desk Manager

At Purple Placements, we're seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT service desk support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service desk, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of service desk agents, focusing on knowledge gaps, creating training plans, and conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Service Delivery: Oversee incident resolution, request fulfillment, and problem management, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our service desk meets customer needs and expectations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve service desk processes, leveraging ITSM tools and knowledge management best practices.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading a service desk team, with a strong track record of developing and motivating team members.
- ITIL: ITIL qualification or equivalent experience, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
