Key responsibilities include:

* Managing and developing your own mixed portfolio
* Reviewing the work of junior members of staff and client managers
* Personal and corporate tax advisory and planning work
* Reviewing statutory year-end accounts and management accounts
* Ensuring the ongoing modernisation and smooth running of the firm
* Representing the firm at industry-specific networking events
* Responsible for onboarding new clients, workflow and scheduling of work
* Working closely with the Partners at all times

Requirements:

* Formally qualified with 5 years pqe
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to mentor, motivate and inspire a medium-sized team
* Ability to sell
