- Support quality training for production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
- Act as a quality mentor to the quality and production teams, providing guidance and support.
- Perform audits of the production quality system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Effectively control non-conforming product, ensuring it is properly handled and disposed of.
- Improve First Off Inspection process KPIs, ensuring high-quality products are released to the market.
- Improve Shipping Release process KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate release of products.
- Risk reduction of assembly, test, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.
- Maintain all required records and performance indicators, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
