Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
