Leaders in Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing and care teams, conducting clinical audits, and ensuring excellent medicines management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the nursing and care teams to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Clinical Audits: Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure excellent medicines management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide strong leadership and staff supervision on the nursing floor to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Work Schedule: Work full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours.
  • Care Standards: Ensure high standards of care are maintained for nursing, residential, and dementia residents.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level.
  • Medicines Management: Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities and a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents.
