Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the West Midlands area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults of working age with acute mental health care needs.
About the Role:- Plan and review care plans in partnership with patients to ensure individualized care.
- Compile positive risk management plans for individuals within evidence-based frameworks.
- Contribute to pre-admission assessments of referred patients to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Adhere to the NMC code of professional conduct at all times.
- Maintain health, safety, and security within legislative requirements and local policy.
- Operate effectively as a team member to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Contribute to the development of others within the team, including associate mentoring and supporting students and newly qualified nurses.
- Qualification as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience in mental health services is desired but not essential.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
- A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.
- An excellent salary of £34,900 - £37,227 per annum.
