About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be organised and methodical with an eye for detail, administering several key company functions with a numeric slant.
Responsibilities include:
- Production of Quotations
- H/S Accreditations
- Control of Financial Documents
Maintaining Personnel Records:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Training Records / CSCS
- Time Sheets
- Salaries
- Employment Contracts
- Licenses
Other Duties:
The role will also involve:
- Fleet Management
- Phone Contracts
- Fuel Cards
Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:
- Previous Experience within a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
