SEN Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at a highly reputable Special Educational Needs school in Leyland. As a dedicated SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored educational plans to cater to each student's unique needs
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize strong communication and classroom management skills to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
- Stay up-to-date with SEN frameworks and strategies to provide the best possible support for students
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in SEN teaching, ideally within a special school setting
- Strong knowledge of SEN frameworks and strategies
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
