Team Dynamics
As a software engineer within ICS Digital, you will be integral to a dynamic and forward-thinking team that is at the forefront of developing shared services in the digital domain. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art cloud technologies, including the Microsoft Co-Pilot suite, delivering solutions that cater to a diverse clientele across multiple departments. You will also benefit from mentorship by seasoned colleagues, collaborative projects with other professionals, and opportunities to enhance our products and processes continuously.
Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining SharePoint websites and applications that serve various customers and departments. You will oversee the migration of content from legacy websites, implement governance standards, and leverage AI and machine learning to improve user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product owners and content managers to prioritize tasks and translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Develop new configurations for packaged software, focusing on Microsoft products, particularly SharePoint, utilizing PowerShell, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Evaluate new releases in the Microsoft roadmap, identifying features that can enhance business operations, including the integration of AI tools like Co-Pilot to improve user experience.
- Assist in the migration of content from outdated intranet sites to new SharePoint platforms.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation, including software design evaluation plans and test results, for approval by digital governance boards.
- Maintain and support existing SharePoint sites, addressing issues related to administration, security, and performance.
- Conduct analyses to determine integration requirements and design, test, and implement necessary integrations.
- Possibility to mentor and coach junior software engineers.
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficient in PowerShell and SQL, with experience in developing scripts across M365 services.
- Experience in planning and executing SharePoint website migrations.
Desirable Criteria
- Strong presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders and technical audiences.
- Good understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and development practices.

Office Attendance
