Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at CSR (NI) LIMITED. This role is ideal for a seasoned Electrician with a strong background in fixed wire testing who values a collaborative business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting thorough electrical test and inspection procedures.
  • Utilizing testing and inspection software to generate detailed reports.
  • Traveling across the UK as necessary to fulfill job requirements.
  • Performing minor remedial works and planned service tasks to meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A valid ECS Grade Card.
  • C+G 2391 or 2395-C+G certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 18th Edition and BS7671:2018 standards.
  • A recognized electrical apprenticeship, specifically Approved Electrician SVQ Level 3.
  • A full, clean driving license.
  • Experience in electrical testing within commercial projects, minor works, or maintenance environments.
  • Proficiency in using laptop and mobile tablet devices.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility in working hours, including potential out-of-hours commitments to meet project deadlines.
