Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inspiring learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute activities that promote learning and development.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and children, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing individualized goals and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements
  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or educational setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • A strong understanding of child development and learning theories, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
