Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team at Employmint. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, conducting variance analysis, and assisting in the preparation of monthly projections and annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or Part qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or qualified by experience
- 2 years working experience within industry
- Strong Excel ability
- Experience in using an ERP system (desirable)
