Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support three partners and oversee a team of up to six Executive Assistants, including the following tasks:
Comprehensive calendar management and logistical support, coordinating with clients to schedule meetings Assisting with all travel arrangements Providing line management, mentorship, and coaching to a small team of Executive Assistants, including performance feedback and reviews Organizing meeting spaces for both internal and external gatherings, including catering and hospitality arrangements Aiding the Partners in managing their business unit effectively Planning and executing events for away days, offsites, workshops, and team-building activities Managing time and expense processes Preparing and binding documents for client meetings Assisting in the recruitment of Executive Assistants, conducting interviews, and providing feedback and evaluations Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in supporting multiple senior executives with comprehensive diary and travel management Experience in line management, mentorship, and coaching Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Professional appearance and personable demeanor with a keen attention to detail Enthusiastic, approachable, and a collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset Benefits of a Career at Baringa
