Qualifications and Experience

Main Responsibilities

The key duties of this role include:

  • Transcribing outpatient clinic letters, discharge summaries, and general administrative correspondence.
  • Managing dictation and appointment scheduling.
  • Performing filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Providing typing and administrative assistance to the medical secretariat as needed.
  • Handling routine internal telephone inquiries.
  • Addressing confidential matters with professionalism and sensitivity.
