Marketing Executive

UK Meds Direct Ltd is a family-owned business providing a 5-star online clinic and delivering medications to customers' doors. We're seeking a Marketing Executive to join our established team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote UK Meds and its services, focusing on email and SMS marketing.
  • Enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.
  • Design, create, and manage email and SMS campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis, ensuring GDPR and healthcare legislation compliance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4 for future marketing strategies.
  • Support the overall development of the CRM strategy alongside the Head of Marketing.
  • Contribute to the social media strategy, creating engaging content to grow our online presence and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design and create Meta ads to boost conversions and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.
  • Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Manage and update the website using Magento and Dato.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing techniques to continually innovate and enhance campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in email and digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms like Brevo, Klaviyo, Optimove, or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in email and SMS marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience working in a small agile business with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Liking dogs is a must, as we have many pooches in the office.
  • Marketing qualifications desirable.
