About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional care and education to our EYFS children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met.
- Completing and monitoring paperwork effectively, including observations, planning, and learning journeys in line with the EYFS.
- Fostering positive relationships with parents and families through clear communication and effective handovers.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless information sharing and maintaining confidentiality.
- Safeguarding children and responding to their well-being, following appropriate procedures.
- Being flexible in working across different rooms and settings to support the nursery's operations.
- Maintaining high standards of room presentation and adhering to the EYFS areas of learning.
- Embracing equality of opportunity and supporting children with additional needs, working with outside agencies as needed.
- Promoting British values and creating an inclusive environment for all children.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher
