The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and proactive individual who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will undertake various projects across multiple sites to ensure that the facilities are well-maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance tasks Valid driving license and personal transportation Relevant qualifications in the maintenance field are preferred Must possess a clear and valid DBS check GCSE grade C or above in English and MathematicsKey Responsibilities:
Maintain all equipment within the premises to the highest standards to ensure the health and safety of children and adults. Collaborate with the Regional Maintenance Manager, or in their absence, the Director of Facilities, to ensure that work is completed within the allocated budget for each site. Work closely with the nursery manager and regional manager to ensure that all facilities and equipment meet the needs of the children and staff. Proactively inspect sites for necessary repairs and upgrades, reporting these to the Regional Maintenance Manager or Director of Facilities for inclusion in maintenance plans. Coordinate with the Regional Maintenance Manager or Director of Facilities to prioritize urgent maintenance needs across sites.Benefits:
