Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Administer medication, treatments, and provide advice and support to residents and their families.
  • Monitor and Document Patient Care: Monitor residents' conditions, administer medication, and document patient care services in resident and department records.
  • Protect Residents and Staff: Adhere to infection control policies and protocols to protect residents and staff from harm.
  • Resolve Patient Problems: Utilize multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems and needs.
  • Ensure Quality of Care: Adhere to facility philosophies and standards of care to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise Nursing Staff: Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work well in a team-oriented environment and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Education and Licensure: Hold a valid RN license and have strong computer skills.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess long-term care experience and be vaccinated.
