Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Experience
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.

  • Develop and transmit sales techniques, product knowledge, and pedagogy to customers and employees.

Floor Manager Relay
  • Maintain a 360-degree view of the store to ensure optimal customer experiences.

  • Lead and empower teams on a daily basis, promoting collaboration and mutual support.
  • Communicate essential information to the team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Foster cooperation within the team and between managers, promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.

  • Generate enthusiasm and passion through team animations, morning briefings, and information sharing.
  • Train new employees, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Brand Image
  • Ensure the Sézane brand image is consistently represented by the team, adhering to grooming and attitude standards.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it meets Sézane's high standards.
  • Participate in the development of collections and ensure follow-up, staying up-to-date with fashion trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure merchandise is maintained throughout the day, adhering to Sézane's visual merchandising standards.
Operations and Efficiency
  • Plan and organize store activity, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Mastery of Sézane policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Apply and enforce operational processes, including cash management, returns, exchanges, and reservations.
  • Train employees on cash register procedures, promoting good practices and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure the safety of people and property, adhering to Sézane's safety protocols.
  • Fight shrinkage, maintaining a secure and organized store environment.
