Key Responsibilities- Lead a busy team providing support to students, families, and Academy staff to improve attendance and meet the needs of students.
- Support children whose education is at risk and help families to improve their children's access to learning.
- Work with vulnerable groups that may need additional support to maximize their educational opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office and Google.
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to relate to the Academy's students.
- A UK driving licence and a car for home visits.
