WHO ARE YOU?

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Finance team, working collaboratively across various departments with responsibilities encompassing daily business operations, finance activities, month-end closing, and reporting.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying the accuracy of weekly reports
  • Assisting consultants with timesheet and expense submissions
  • Following up on payment remittances, purchase orders, and outstanding debts
  • Serving as a central point of contact for subcontractors and internal consultants
  • Pursuing timesheet submissions
  • Collecting and organizing proposals, contracts, and purchase orders for engagements
  • Supporting the Business Development Team with administrative tasks

About You

You will be an individual who actively and positively contributes to the enhancement and refinement of services provided by the operational finance team. You will find excitement in a role that extends beyond finance into broader operational responsibilities.

  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory
